As the former coach and trainer of arguably the most successful club Olympic Taekwondo program globally, I understand the power of connectedness to the creator and speaking positive God-centered truths to yourself (and over your children). When followed, these principles manifest blessings and genius, and when ignored, manifest the fall.

When I became a father, I taught these principles to my son, and as he has grown, he has applied them scholastically, artistically, and athletically. As he continues to mature into a young man, I hope he will grow in his faith and impact whatever becomes his ultimate life’s endeavor.

Ares wanted to share this practice, and the result is a T-Shirt line titled “The Source of My Strength.” Every shirt has a unique self-profession matched with the biblical quote from which it was derived. Thus, keeping the God-centered truth. The right sleeve is emboldened with “Faith” and the left with “Belief,” which manifests God’s grace in life.
